The progress of the project will be sent to you every two weeks. You will have first-hand updates on the project status, at the same time get to know the obstacles that could arise and the solutions to them.
SELL ON OR RENT OUT
Depending on the investment strategy, the nicely done-up property will either be rented out or sold on, only to aim for the best achievable yield. You can either choose to opt out after the project or stay on until the end of the investment term. Either way, the choice is yours.
